Before you write

Something looks wrong or the app stopped: in the app, open Settings ▸ About ▸ Send a problem report…. It makes a small text file with the app version, your device model and Apple’s crash reports — never your recipes — and lets you attach it to your email.
A calculation question: tell us the recipe’s oils and weights, the water method and the superfat. The calculations are tools; you are responsible for verifying your own recipes before you make or sell anything.
Plans and purchases: Settings ▸ Plan shows your plan and Restore purchases. Subscriptions are managed in your App Store account settings; Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your data: everything stays on your devices and in your own iCloud. See the privacy policy.
